Gentle yoga classes, which are slow paced and designed to relax your body and calm your mind.
Classes include yoga postures, breathing practices and a guided relaxation so you leave feeling calm and relaxed.
Classes are suitable for beginners, and anyone looking for a gentle slower paced class. We will work with different postures - sitting and lying on the mat and standing, but chairs are also available.

£9 per class (via bank transfer only as I don't have a reliable mobile signal for the card reader at the hall).

Thursdays 12.15pm to 12.45pm at the Yoga and Wellness Rooms, starting 23rd May.
